Katy Perry seemingly wants to show the public that she is totally in love with Russell Brand. On Friday night, October 16, the lovebirds were photographed locking lips inside her car, which was parked at LAX.
At that time, the "I Kissed a Girl" hitmaker went to the airport in an attempt to pick the British comedian up. "She looked like the cat who got the cream. She pounced on him as soon as he got in the car," an onlooker tells The Sun of the 24-year-old songstress. It looks like the twosome was very happy together as they were pictured sharing laughs before leaving the venue.
Katy Perry and Russell Brand, who have never confirmed that they are dating, made their debut appearance as a couple when attending the Fendi Party during Paris Fashion Week on October 6. Several days later, she was rumored planning to introduce Brand to her parents, who happen to be evangelical Christian pastors.
"Katy is as besotted with Russell as he is with her," some sources said. "However, her parents are extraordinarily strict Christians. Katy is sure that, after a bit of getting used to him, they would approve of Russell, but she wants to get that initial meeting out of the way as early as she can."
