Miley Cyrus finally speaks up about the reason why she deleted her Twitter account. Making it out of the ordinary, the Disney star has created a rap video which has been posted on YouTube. "Yeah, the rumors are true, I deleted my Twitter," she sings in the beginning of the clip. "I had to say goodbye and this little rap is to tell my fans why."
Regarding the reason why she stops tweeting, Miley claims it wasn't because of Liam Hemsworth's suggestion, stating "It wasn't because my friend told me to." Furthermore, she explains through the raps, "You know very well what you say I don't do. The reasons are simple. I started tweeting about pimples. I started living for moments and I started living for people."
Miley, moreover, seems to get annoyed with all the media attention to her posts on Twitter as she added, "Everything that I type and everything I do, all those lame gossip sites take it and they make it news." She then continued, "I want my private life private, I'm done trying to please. I ain't living for tabloids, I'm living for me. No more emo quotes and feuds with Demi [Lovato]."
Miley Cyrus has stopped sharing her personal life on Twitter on Thursday, October 8. Few hours before her account could not be accessed, she posted, "FYI Liam doesn't have a twitter and he wants ME to delete mine with good reason." Since then, thousands of fans have expressed their hope that Miley will come back on the micro-blogging service.
