Miley Cyrus is forced to cancel her "Wonder World Tour" in two cities because of strep throat. The teen sensation was initially scheduled to take the stage to perform her songs at the Qwest Center in Omaha, Nebraska on Friday, October 2. Additionally, she has also been set to perform at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Missouri on Friday, October 3.
According to Miley's official website, her concert in Omaha has been rescheduled for Tuesday, October 13, while Kansas City will welcome the young actress/singer on Saturday, October 17. "All paperless tickets for both shows will be honored on the rescheduled dates and all other show information remains the same," a post in the website read.
On Tuesday, September 29, Miley Cyrus kept performing during her "Wonder World Tour" in Salt Lake City, Utah even though she suffered sore throat. When she serenaded "7 Things", the 16-year-old cutie ran off stage because she felt really unhealthy. About 15 minutes later, she returned and completed the show.
The following day, Miley took to her Twitter page to announce that she has recovered from the disease. "Nurse Noah is taking good care of me tonight. I just put on a 'Snuggie' and ate a popsicle," she tweeted.
