Katy Perry is reported to have been engaged to boyfriend Travis McCoy. The songstress has sparked the engagement rumor after she was seen wearing a shiny diamond ring on her ring finger during a night outing in Los Angeles last week. Thus, a speculation emerges that the Gym Class Heroes' member might have proposed to her.

This is not the first time that Katy Perry and Travis McCoy are reported getting engaged. Back in December 2008, the couple was said to be ready to take their relationship to the next level. New York Daily News first reported the news, informing that Travis popped the important question to his girlfriend while they were in Paris. However, the "I Kissed a Girl" singer later shot down the rumor, before saying "But thanks for the free press New York Daily News!"

Katy and Travis, who met in a recording studio in New York, had been dating for more than a year before they decided to end their relationship in December 2008. However, in April this year, the two have rekindled their romance.
