Avril Lavigne has been reported to get split from her husband Deryck Whibley. New York Daily News said the musicians' marriage is in serious trouble after the two were never spotted going out together lately. The "Sk8er Boi" songstress additionally spent her last weekend away from the Sum 41's member.

"She wanted to get away from Deryck and have a weekend to herself," said a source close to Avril. On Saturday night, August 22 the Canadian singer was spotted partying up at several hot spots in Southampton. Moreover, a source saw her at celebrity eatery Georgica, where she was partying hard with a number of male admirers.

Avril was said worrying about what might get captured by paparazzi as a party goer stated, "She kept running up to the photographers and asking to see the pictures they took." However, the 25-year-old continued her Saturday night at another Hamptons hot spot, Axe Lounge, where she danced all night.

Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley tied the knot on July 15, 2006. In late 2008, their marriage was said to be on the rocks, but Avril later denied it, saying "He makes me happy." Again in March 2009, their marriage was said being in trouble after the couple was reported fighting at an L.A. club. The report was then shot down by a source who said the two "were laughing and cuddling all night."
