Leona Lewis has announced that her upcoming sophomore album is titled 'Echo' because 'an echo describes a big, organic sound'.

Leona Lewis has confirmed that her upcoming studio album is titled "Echo" and it is scheduled to be released under J Records/Syco Music on November 7. "I titled my album Echo since an echo describes a big, organic sound," she tells The Sun. It will be the follow-up to Leona's 2008 debut album entitled "Spirit".
Recording the songs of the album in Atlanta, Denver, and Los Angeles, Leona has worked together with a string of top-notch musicians, including
Timbaland,
Ne-Yo, and Ryan Tedder. "I'm in the midst of the recording process, working with incredible songwriters and producers and my music has really evolved," the 24-year-old beauty says. "It's so exciting to create something new."
Recently, a contributor for "Echo", rapper Novel, dished on the project, saying "She's really going all out singing-wise on this one. It's more guitar-driven from what I've heard, so more pop/alternative, far from urban." Then, he continued, "It's gonna be a crazy album."
