New speculation on the cause of Kim Kardashian and her beau Reggie Bush's break-up emerges. The couple's secret affairs are believed to be the reasons for the split.

The celebrity socialite allegedly cheated on his boyfriend of two years with rapper Kanye West. "Reggie saw text messages on Kim's phone from Kanye West and flipped out on her," a source tells FOX411. "The texts referenced a night they hung out, how much fun he had, how hot Kim was, and more racy things that got Reggie's imagination running."

As a result, Reggie got angry at Kim and they engaged in a "huge blow-up and jealousy issues". "They realized there were trust issues on both sides, and couldn't go forward," the source continues telling FOX411.

Reggie himself reportedly cheated on Kim with a Latino model in Miami. The sexy model tells Radar Online that she had an affair with the NFL player for several months and they have indulged in x-rated text and phone messages, as well as hooked up in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Miami. Furthermore, she has threatened to unveil their secret affair to the public.
