Kim Kardashian and her NFL player boyfriend Reggie Bush have called off their romance and both of them reportedly feel "very sad" about the split. "They love each other a lot and hope someday they can make it work. But for now, he starts his football season this week and Kim starts filming season four of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians', and they just need this time apart," a source tells E! Online.

Kim and Reggie's break-up has been officially confirmed by the celebrity socialite's representative. Additionally, a source close to the pair says, "Nobody cheated. This is just a case of conflicting schedules and their lives going in different directions. It was a totally mutual decision."

Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush began dating in April 2007. Last month, they were rumored getting engaged as the 28-year-old beauty was seen picking up her engagement ring. However, she soon turned down the reports, writing in her blog "I am not engaged!!!"
