Vanessa Hudgens claims she and her longtime boyfriend Zac Efron have no plans to get married anytime soon. The 20-year-old beauty admits that she is currently desperate to expand her career. "I think [marriage and starting a family] is great, but I'm so focused on my career right now that it doesn't really cross my mind," she says.
Additionally, the depicter of Gabriella Montez on "High School Musical" reveals that she really enjoys portraying different characters on some movies. "I think the best part about being an actor is playing different characters," Hudgens confesses. "I'm definitely going to revisit musicals later, once I feel accomplished at a certain point, that I've gone somewhere with my acting career. Then I'll go back, because that's where I grew up - in musicals."
"I just think it's really important to try different things. I think a lot of people get stuck doing the same routine, and I'm just not content with that," she explains further. "I love trying new things and doing new hobbies and just exploring life."
Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron first met on the set of their 2006 TV movie "High School Musical". In January, the twosome was reported getting engaged when promoting "High School Musical 3: Senior Year" in Japan. However, the rumors were soon denied by Hudgens' representative.
