Hayden Panettiere Rumored Dumping Her Alleged New Lover Steve Jones

"Heroes" star Hayden Panettiere is single again. The 19-year-old actress, according to Daily Mirror, has decided to end her romance with alleged new boyfriend Steve Jones as she couldn't handle having a long distance relationship.

"I'm single and mingling - Steve lives in London, the distance is a bit too much," she said in a statement. "I'm not dating anyone specifically and I'm not looking for a house with anyone."

Hayden Panettiere was romantically linked to Steve Jones after she was seen engaging in an "intimate date" with the British presenter at Nobu Berkeley in London in May. "There were a group of them at the restaurant, including Sir Elton John's husband David Furnish, but Hayden and Steve only had eyes for each other. They seemed smitten," a source said of the pair.

Additionally, Panettiere and Jones were snapped riding on a yacht together in Cannes, France. Talking about the matter, she confessed, "Cannes was a great experience. I was on vacation and some friends were going so I decided to come along. It was fun."
