Sacha Baron Cohen has brought different things to the premiere of his comedy flick "Bruno" at the Empire Cinemas in London on Wednesday, June 17. Playing his gay character Bruno, he appeared in a skimpy variation of the red-and-black uniform matched with bearskin hat, which was usually worn by Buckingham Palace guards.
Also joining him were some men and women, who wore tight black shorts and military waistcoats that showed off their midriffs. All of them were photographed marching into the venue.
Seen attending the premiere of the film was Cohen's actress fiancee, Isla Fisher. She came to the event wearing a sexy gray dress and high heels. Young British star Peaches Geldof was also seen among the guests. She hit the red carpet being accompanied by her younger sister Pixie Geldof.
"Bruno" is a follow up to the 2006 box office hit "Borat". The story centers on Sacha Baron Cohen's gay Austrian supermodel Bruno who comes to the big screen with similar hijinks and celebrity interviews as seen on "Da Ali G Show." It is scheduled to hit U.S. theaters on July 10.
