Rihanna Sued for Trespassing Neighbor's Lawn

While her assault case with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown is still in court process, Rihanna has to deal with another legal matter. Her neighbor Christian Moeller has sued the singer and the owner of the house she rents for trespass, invasion of privacy, nuisance and fraud.

Rihanna's rented house, which is next to Christian's, is owned by Stephen Yacobian. Two years ago, Stephen remodeled the house which caused its parking lot getting narrowed. And since Rihanna moved into the house, she often let her pals' cars to drive through Stephen's yard to get to her parking area. Moreover, the vehicles sometimes are parked on Christian's lawn. "Such parking area does not allow even one vehicle to be parked entirely on Defendant's property," Christian accuses Rihanna and Stephen.

In addition to the backyard trespass, Christian claims Rihanna installed a security camera at her home which points onto his property. On the lawsuit paper, Christian also mentions that he is disturbed by a newly constructed privacy wall and some tall bamboo plants which he says blocking his city view.
