Anne Hathaway and Andy Samberg star in a new promotional video for 2009 MTV Movie Awards. The twosome is featured in a clip made for Best Female Performance category. In the footage, Anne and Andy are seen together in a hospital's room.
Andy plays Ms. Elouise, an old woman who is lying down on the bed and feels close to her death. Meanwhile, Anne stars as a young woman, who has been considered as her daughter. When Ms. Elouise finally passes away, Anne cannot stop crying. At the end of the video, the soul of the old woman disappears and shortly stands behind Anne's back.
The 18th annual MTV Movie Awards will be held at the Gibson Amphitheater in Universal City, California on Sunday, May 31 at 9 P.M. ET. Andy Samberg will be the host at the event. Meanwhile, Vanessa Hudgens, Lil Wayne, Denzel Washington, Cameron Diaz, Leighton Meester, Ryan Reynolds, Will Ferrell, and Jonah Hill are set to be the presenters of the show.
