Salma Hayek is set to wed her billionaire hubby Francois-Henri Pinault for the 2nd time at the Palazzo Grassi, a historic white-marble palace owned by the Pinault family and the venue where the couple first met in 2006, on Saturday, April 25. Some of her celebrity friends, including Woody Harrelson, Olivier Martinezc, Antonio Banderas, and Hayek's ex beau Edward Norton, were seen arriving in Venice, Italy.
As it was previously reported, Hayek and Pinault held a rehearsal dinner at the historic Punta Della Dogana on Friday, April 24. Penelope Cruz, Ashley Judd, Charlize Theron and her boyfriend Stuart Townsend were invited to come to the dinner. French president Jacques Chirac and wife Bernadette were also seen in attendance.
During the masked ball party, the guests were asked to wear black Venetian masks. Hayek and Pinault were seen among the crowd alongside their daughter, Valentina.
Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault officially exchanged vows at City Hall of the Sixth Arrondissement in central Paris on February 14. The couple has one daughter, Valentina Paloma, who was born in Los Angeles in September 2007.
Recently, the 42-year-old actress was reported planning to hold 2 million dollars wedding celebration. But, she soon denied the rumors, stating "I think a wedding is about love, friends, family and fun. I think spending millions of dollars on a wedding is ridiculous and it has never been my dream. I would never do that."
