Loving Kids, Hayden Panettiere Wants to Have Four Children

Hayden Panettiere really loves kids. Therefore, the actress, who just split from Milo Ventimiglia, says in this month's InStyle magazine that she is planning a large family.

"I always said I want four kids - I love kids," the "Heroes" starlet tells the mag. "I would love to be a mum and to have a family," she explains, "for Italians, it's the most important thing you can have."

But the 19-year-old beauty wouldn't want her children to follow in her footsteps. "I think you have to be a pretty strong person to enter the industry that young and not be affected by it," Hayden says. "I was lucky, but I'd never want my kids to be subject to that much criticism at such a young age."

However, Hayden may have to wait before she starts her family. The actress broke up with Milo last month, with sources citing the 12-year age gap as a factor.
