Ashlee Simpson and Hubby Pete Wentz Make Out on Stage

Ashlee Simpson and her hubby Pete Wentz were photographed locking lips on stage of the 2009 Vodafone MTV Australia Awards in Sydney on March 27. "Sorry, we haven't seen each other in a while. We're going to go and find some quiet time and fornicate somewhere," Pete told the audience after sharing a kiss with his wife.

Ashlee flew to Australia in order to accompany Pete, who hosted MTV Australia Awards. Wearing a thigh-skimming black dress, the 24-year-old singer explained that she currently is busy with "some acting work going on and just being a mom". Instructing the audience to "grab the person next to you", Ashlee and her 29-year-old husband kissed passionately for several minutes.

Ashlee Simpson tied the knot with the Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz on May 17, 2008. They have a son, Bronx Mowgli Wentz, who was born on November 20 in the same year. The couple's marriage recently was reported to be on the rocks as Pete often went out for partying.

"Ashlee and Pete are on the rocks. He is going out all the time and she's stuck at home. It's just not working," a source told Page Six previously. However, Ashlee's rep soon denied the rumor, saying "This is not true. Everything is fine in their world".
