denied the rumor that she has got a place at Yale University. Insisting that the reports published on the social networking was fake, the "Harry Potter" actress stated that she is still thinking about her academic future.

"There have been several rumors spreading recently that Emma has accepted a place at Yale University after 'telling her fans via her Twitter account'. We would like to inform you that Emma does not have a Twitter account and that these rumors are false," a statement at her official website said. "Emma is still trying to decide whether she wants to attend university in the U.K. or the U.S.A. and hasn't accepted any placements at this time."

On March 2, it was reported that the 18-year-old cutie was successful in her application to the prestigious U.S. institution and she wrote "I got into Yale!" on her Twitter page. She was also rumored to be planning to join the Ivy League after she entered Yale University.

"I actually think going to university will make me a better actress. The experience of living like that, working to deadlines, living with other students. It's all the things I want. There are actresses who don't know about things like doing their own laundry and getting a bus. I'm not going to be like that," she reportedly said. "For me, this is just the beginning. I've only shown a little bit of what I can do. There is so much more to come."
