Jonas Brothers may be busy promoting their new film, "Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience", but they still have time for their sick fan. The boys paid an important visit to one very special fan in Grapevine, Texas on Sunday, March 1.

Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas visited the home of Jayla Cooper, a nine-year-old girl who is battling an aggressive form of leukemia. The visit was arranged by CBS' The Early Show.

Jayla looked very happy meeting her favorite musicians. The girl gasped and then later received a hug from Joe, Kevin and Nick after the trio sang an a-capella version of their hit single "Lovebug."
