Jennifer Aniston reportedly didn't come to pre-Oscar charity event as Gwyneth Paltrow also came to the same event. "Gwyneth was also being honored at the event and Jen just couldn't deal with it," a source told Star Magazine.
The former "Friends" star didn't want to meet Paltrow, who had dated her ex-husband Brad Pitt from 1995 until 1997, since she remembered how much Pitt used to love Paltrow. "She's always been intimidated by her because of how much Brad loved her," the source continued. "And then later she was crushed when Gwyneth criticized her publicly - first referring to her as 'that TV girl' when she was dating Brad and then slamming her for talking so publicly about their relationship when they got divorced."
At the charity event, her pal Courteney Cox was being honored for raising cancer awareness. But since Aniston had decided not to come to the event, it caused tensions between Aniston and Cox, as being reported by Star Magazine.
Gwyneth Paltrow recently tied the knot to Coldplay rocker Chris Martin. Meanwhile, Aniston is still dating singer John Mayer.
