The "Ghost Whisperer" actress, Jennifer Love Hewitt, has revealed her secret to overcome her sadness due to the breakup, that is chocolate. "One day at a time, and lots of chocolate!" she said. After splitting from her fiance, the Scottish actor Ross McCall, Hewitt insisted that she didn't want to stay on sadness.

"Everybody has to get through it in their own way. I choose to believe that some people are just not right for you, and there's somebody else who will be," the 29-year-old star confirmed. "Sometimes it's okay not to be friends."

Previously, the "If Only" actress was spotted spending her Valentine's Day with a female friend. It seemed that she enjoyed her newly found single status. "Here's to being single ... My one true love right now is fashion!" she mentioned to the New York Daily News.

Ross McCall (32) met Jennifer Love Hewitt (29) as he made an appearance at one episode of "Ghost Whisperer". The twosome got engaged to in November 2007 after dating for two years. But they split in early January 2009.
