vowed for the marriage with French billionaire, Francois-Henri Pinault. The couple was married on February 14 in the City Hall of the Sixth Arrondissement in central Paris, which is owned by the Pinault family, as being confirmed by Sixth Arrondissement Mayor Jean-Pierre Lecoq to the French news agency Agence France-Presse.

This is the first marriage for Hayek, who breast-fed a poverty-stricken child as a UNICEF ambassador and guest starred on "30 Rock". The two met in Italy in 2006, and announced their engagement in March 2007. Their baby girl, Valentina Paloma, was born in Los Angeles in September 2007. Shortly after the birth, they announced that they broke up their engagement.

A Paris trip in September 2008, when Hayek attended the Balenciaga fashion show, and another trip in November the same year helped the pair to rebuild their relationship, told friends of the couple to People. In addition, a source added that "they were 'very evidently in love with each other, very affectionate in public' together at the Dubai Film Festival in December."

Hayek (42) is one of the executive producers of the hit series "Ugly Betty". She was nominated for an Oscar in 2003 for "", a film about the biography of the painter Frida Kahlo.

Pinault (46), who has two daughters from his previous marriage, is the son of one of the France richest men, Francois Pinault. He is the CEO of the luxury giant PPR and SA, which owns high-end labels like Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, and Puma.
