Mandy Moore Gets Engaged to Ryan Adams

Singer-actress Mandy Moore and the alternative rocker Ryan Adams have brought their relationship into a "higher" level. Moore's rep, Jillian Fowkes, confirmed to E! News that they are engaged.

The couple reportedly began their relationship quietly in December 2007, but public has just discovered the love between them in March 2008. In July the same year, Adams stated that they both already broke up. "Mandy is one of those genuinely sweet angelic people you wish to meet your whole life," Adams expressed in a statement to confirm the split.

News about the reunion of Moore and Adams appeared in early February 2009, followed by the posting of the couple's photo in Adams' blog.

Before meeting Adams, the "Because I Said So" star has dated several guys including Wilmer Valderrama, Andy Roddick, and Zach Braff.
Moore has released several albums, the most recent was "Wild Hope", which came out in 2007. She is currently preparing for her new album entitled "Amanda Leigh", scheduled to be released in May.
