Miley Cyrus has apologized for her racially insensitive photo twice. But it's apparently not enough. A Los Angeles woman has reportedly filed a class action suit against the teen star, claiming she mocked Asians in her recent photo by slanting her eyes.

According to TMZ, Lucie J. Kim claims to represent more than 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who live in Los Angeles County. Lucie claims when Miley posed for the picture, she "knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life."

In the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court on Wednesday, February 11, Lucie says that each Asian Pacific Islander is entitled to the minimum damages for a civil rights violation, $4,000. And add it up, $4 billion, reports TMZ. Lucie also says Miley's "just a kid" defense isn't good enough.
