Miley Cyrus has once again apologized for the racially offensive picture she took with her pals.
Miley Cyrus has once again issued an apology for the racially offensive picture she took with her friends. It's her second apology after the OCA, a national organization dedicated to advancing the social, political, and economic well-being of Asian Pacific Americans, released a statement saying the actress set "a terrible example for her many young fans" by "mocking and denigrating individuals of Asian descent."
"I want to thank all of my fans for their support not only this week, but always! I really wanted to stress how sorry I am if the photo of me with my friends offended anyone," Miley writes on her official fan site MileyWorld. "I have learned a valuable lesson from this and know that sometimes my actions can be unintentionally hurtful. I know everything is a part of GOD's ultimate plan, and mistakes happen so that eventually I will become the woman he aspires me to be. Peace and love, Miles."
Miley Cyrus first said "sorry" for the photo last week. But the OCA thought it wasn't "a real apology" and demanded "a fuller apology" from the "Hannah Montana" starlet.
