Johnny Depp to Wed Vanessa Paradis in April

Rumor has it that Johnny Depp will marry his longtime girlfriend Vanessa Paradis in April. The couple reportedly are planning to tie the knot in a chapel on the grounds of their $1.25 million French home.

"They're a very private couple. It's no surprise they'd want to celebrate at their home," MyPARK Magazine quoted a source as saying. Wanting to keep their wedding as intimate as possible, Johnny and Vanessa reportedly will only invite 50 guests of their closest friends and family.

Director Tim Burton is said to be acting as best man, while The Rolling Stones rocker Keith Richards is also due to attend the ceremony. "Keith and Johnny are good pals. Johnny's portrayal of Jack Sparrow in 'The Pirates of the Caribbean' was partly inspired by the old rocker, and Keith had a cameo in the second sequel," said an insider.

Last month, Johnny Depp has fueled speculation he will propose to Vanessa Paradis. The rumors began to spark after the 45-year-old actor was seen shopping for an engagement ring in California.
