Kate Hudson was recently forced to deny reports she and her "Bride Wars" co-star Anne Hathaway had a quarrel on the set. But the actress has provoked further rumors of a rift as she appeared on the "Late Show with David Letterman".
Making an appearance on the show on Monday, January 5, Kate has joked about Anne's relationship with her jailed ex Raffaelo Follieri. When David Letterman asked her about the "Ella Enchanted" star's split from Raffaelo, the 29-year-old actress laughed and replied, "Surprises in life are awesome."
David furthermore asked Kate if she had met Anne before they star in the upcoming romantic comedy. But the "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" starlet continued joking, "We met the Pope."
Kate Hudson's spokesperson recently denied the feud rumors between the actress and Anne Hathaway. Her spokesperson stated, "She and Anne have always been good girlfriends and remain good girlfriends. This is ridiculous and couldn't be further from the truth."
