Former Disney star Hilary Duff is all smiles as she steps out on Tuesday, January 6. The "Material Girls" starlet is seen leaving her assistant's home en route to a studio office in Culver City.

Wearing a bright yellow top, Hilary gives her bright smile while making her way to a waiting car. The 21-year-old actress/singer, who is currently dating hockey ace Mike Comrie, is also spotted totting around a gray handbag.

A day before, Hilary Duff was spotted spending the evening at Katsu-Ya for some sushi. Afterward, the former "Lizzie McGuire" actress headed to Bardot for drinks and a burlesque show.
