Madonna and Guy Ritchie may have split up. But the two have decided to put their differences aside and spend Christmas together in the United Kingdom for the sake of their children.
Madonna initially wanted the children to spend Christmas with her in New York. Guy, in the meantime, wanted the kids with him the U.K.. However, they finally decide to give their children one last Christmas with both parents. "Madonna and Guy want the best for the kids and so she has decided to come over to the U.K. so they can be with their father. Madonna arrives in England on December 23 and is planning to stay for Christmas," an insider told British newspaper The Mail.
Guy is said to have tried to convince Madonna into it because he hasn't seen his children for weeks. Since the two want to spend the holiday with their kids, they finally came to a compromise. "Madonna doesn't really like Ashcombe but she thinks it's important that they put on a united front for the kids," added the insider.
