Country cutie Taylor Swift graces the pages of the January 2009 issue of Vanity Fair magazine. To the magazine, the 18-year-old singer, who broke up with Joe Jonas of the Jonas Brothers, opens up about the materials for her songs.
"When I made my first album, I was 16. Now I'm 18. You can't help but grow in those two years. It wasn't anything I was trying to do. It's just one of those things you can't help but happen," Taylor tells Vanity Fair. The "Love Story" songstress reveals she loves to write songs about boys and relationships. "I like to write songs about boys, and I love to write songs about relationships. And that hasn't changed," says the country singing sensation.
In previous news, Taylor Swift is said to have written a set of strict dating rules to ensure she gets a better boyfriend than her ex Joe Jonas. "If you're like, 'I need to talk to you' all the time, [or] 'Why didn't you call me back?'" she told The Boot. "If you're that girl, then nobody's going to want to date you. I have this rule: I don't call a guy first. And you can't ever send two text messages in a row."
