A speculation that Amy Winehouse is going to leave her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, is close to reality. The troubled singer, 25, has met the law team on November 27 to consult the divorce matter after she has asked her father, Mitch, to arrange the meeting for her.
Winehouse is in treatment in a London clinic after a convulsive attack from Fielder-Civil. He kept on provoking over the calls to her after she was kept in hospital for tests. The Sun reported on November 25 that she continued doing her habit of drinking and drugs after the singer's screaming match with her husband.
After Amy Winehouse's meeting with law practitioner has happened, Fielder-Civil has reportedly ranted on the phone call at Mitch for "obstructing" their relationship. However, some friends of Winehouse have said that it is the "Rehab" singer who wants to end the marriage and asks her father to take the divorce lawyers to hospital for a meeting.
Fielder-Civil went into prison for grievous bodily harm and attempting to pervert the course of justice
and served less than half of a 27 month jail term. He has been released from jail and has gone to rehab earlier since November 5.
