Halle Berry Learns Multiple Personalities for 'Frankie and Alice'

Halle Berry really takes her role in new movie "Frankie and Alice" seriously as she was spotted carrying a self-help book. The 42-year-old actress was seen leaving her gym in Brentwood on September 25, with a book titled "Diagnosis and Treatment of Multiple Personality Disorder".

Halle is apparently researching and preparing for her role in "Frankie and Alice". The flick is "a drama centered on a young woman, played by Halle Berry, with multiple personality disorder who struggles to remain her true self and not give in to her racist alter-personality."

The "Die Another Day" star previously revealed that she has an interest in reading self-help books. "I love reading - novels, self-help, things about different religions. Reading is definitely an escape for me," she said earlier this year.

The mom of Nahla Aubry, in the meantime, is also said to be starring in a new movie called "Tulia". Halle will portray an Indian-American activist lawyer character, Vanita Gupta. The film explores Gupta's defense of 46 African-Americans who were imprisoned for false charges.
