Kirsten Dunst previously denied that she was dating Drew Barrymore's ex-boyfriend Justin Long. Nevertheless, reports contrarily said that the blonde actress was dating him but has finally split from the actor.
An insider told In Touch Weekly magazine that Kirsten and Justin have broken up, saying "they [Kirsten and Justin] are taking some time off for now." The insider revealed that she decided to split from him because she got easily bored of the relationship, stating "Kirsten gets bored really easily and she needs a break from men right now." The insider also added the split was amicable that "they are still both friends and will hang out."
Kirsten and Justin first sparked rumors that they were dating after the pair were spotted together holding hands while hanging out downtown N.Y.C. in the SoHo area on July 16. The twosome were snapped together again in Silver Lake's popular Sunset Junction street fair on August 23.
Justin and Drew began dating in September 2007. They even had been reported to be planning to tie the knot in May 2008. Nonetheless, in July this year a representative for the actress confirmed that the pair finally split, adding the twosome "are still friends."
