Judge of "American Idol" and "The X Factor" Simon Cowell often shows only one expression. According to fellow "American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest, Simon has too much botox that he has difficulties to display his emotion. The presenter said that people usually don't know exactly whether he is angry or not.
Simon reportedly has done so many treatments for his face that he always shows only disapproving expression. Ryan mocked Simon's use of botox on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" saying, "You wouldn't know (whether he's angry) because of all the shots. The angry face is the same as the happy face."
Simon and Ryan work together on "American Idol." The pair often mock each other during the talent show. Ryan confessed, "we are very competitive, we do like to compete but it's for fun."
Meanwhile, Simon has admitted to become a regular user of botox in the past. "I have not had cosmetic surgery. Yes, I've had Botox, but not in an obsessive way. Then again, every guy I know who works in the City has had it now," he told Daily Mail. "To me, Botox is no more unusual than toothpaste," he stated, adding "it simply works. You do it once a year - who cares?"
