Nicole Richie's relationship with longtime boyfriend Joel Madden was recently reported to be on the rock. And now rumors sparked that the star of reality TV show "The Simple Life" has accused her baby daddy of cheating with Mischa Barton.
Report claimed that Joel and Mischa were spotted partying up a storm at Hollywood's Chateau Marmont while Nicole was attending New York Fashion Week on September 7. According to Star magazine, the "Virgin Territory" starlet danced wildly in front of the Good Charlotte rocker.
"She was wearing a very revealing white dress that left little to the imagination," Star quoted a source as saying. "Mischa is into the bad-boy rocker type, and it was pretty obvious by the way she was flirting the she was getting turned on by Joel. Joel kept checking her out and they traded smiles every time they made eye contact. Her flirting was obvious to everyone."
But luckily, Nicole's pal Paris Hilton was there as she's in the crowd cheering on beau Benji Madden. "Paris was texting Nicole updates on Mischa and Joel, and even sent photos from her cell phone of Mischa dirty dancing," the source added. "Mischa was very touchy-feely, petting Joel's arm and leg, and giggling as they sat and talked."
And when Nicole returned from the Big Apple, she reportedly confronted her boyfriend. "Nicole feels he betrayed her trust. She told Joel that she considered his behavior cheating," the source revealed.
