Lonely Kylie Minogue considered herself turning to lesbian. The pop singer jokingly claimed that she becomes a lesbian because she couldn't find a man in her life, saying "God knows I can't get a man - so maybe I should cross over."
Minogue told British's The Sun newspaper that she has a crush on famous bisexual actress, late Tallulah Bankhead. She said, "I'd go gay for her." She even praised the bisexual icon in the 40s and 50s as "a fascinating and exotic woman," claiming "there was so much to admire about her." Expressing her admiration for the late American actress, who was also surrounded by controversy over her drug use, Minogue explained, "She lived life to the full, maybe a little too fully. I want to release the inner Tallulah in me."
In related news, Minogue was already acknowledged by gay club as an enchanting person. In a recent poll of 3,000 gay on gaygolddiggers.com, she was voted second in a list of the Ultimate Gay Icons. She has been voted behind handsome soccer ace Cristiano Ronaldo, who was on top of the list.
Despite saying that she couldn't find a man in her life, Minogue previously had love relationship with French actor Olivier Martinez. But after four years together, they officially confirmed in February 2007 that they were no longer a couple. Although she and Martinez recently have been spotted getting cozy together, she denied that they got back together, saying "we didn't even talk about that. As I've maintained, we're friends."
