Actor Ben Affleck and his wife Jennifer Garner have reportedly purchased 16M dollars house in the Brentwood neighborhood for their expanding family.

Jennifer Garner apparently realize that they need new bigger house for their expanding family. The expectant parents have reportedly purchased a $16 million California home to make room for the family. They has made plans to settle in their new home where they are preparing for the birth of their second child.
Us Weekly has learned that the new house is in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The 9,900-square-foot estate includes seven bedrooms, seven baths, six fireplaces, a brick wine cellar, a library, three-car garage and swimming pool. Construction on the home will be completed by the time the 36-year-old actress gives birth.
Additionally, the master bedrooms reportedly features his and hers master bathrooms. The actor's is designed with dark marble, while Garner's is with amber tile. And their new famous neighbors will be "

A friend of the "
Man About Town" star, director Kevin Smith, previously told Us Weekly that Affleck and his wife were "looking for a bigger house now." "(Ben) came over last week and told me, 'I'm having another baby!' He's a good dad, man," Smith said. In June, the 35-year-old actor himself said that he and Garner are "very happy," adding "Things couldn't be better. We're kind of taking it easy and just kind of enjoying a little downtime at home."
