Lil' Kim and Foxy Brown Sued by The PublisherSimon & Schuster Inc has sued two American rappers and because they don't deliver the books about their promised memoirs. According to The Publisher, that duo rappers have received more than five thousand dollars in advance.

On Thursday (July 24), The New York-based book publisher said in separate lawsuits that Inga Marchand aka Foxy Brown and Kimberly Jones aka Lil' Kim have signed books contract but they failed to finish them and The Publishing house, a unit of CBS Corp wants their money back. Kim who has sold 14 million records worldwide was paid $40,000 for her novel which should be finished next year, on the other hand Brown was paid $75,000 for her autobiography which is titled "Broken Silence".

Adam Rothberg, Simon & Schuster spokesperson said, "Both accepted the money and both books never were delivered."

Rothberg has made books with other rappers such as in 2007 which contains his life, his rhymes about drug dealing, street cars and expensive cars. "That line of books was very successful and we've also published books by members of 50 Cent's G-Unit posse," said Rothberg.

Brown's attorney, Laura Dilimetin, doesn't comment about her case and neither does Kim's attorney who didn't return the call on Thursday (July 24).
