The former "Dawson's Creek" star Michelle Williams has apparently found happiness again, seven months after the sudden death of her ex-fiance Heath Ledger. The actress is said to be dating Hollywood director Spike Jonez, ex-husband of "Lost In Translation" director Sofia Coppola.
According to Star magazine, Michelle and Spike, who first met in 2006 when the actress auditioned for Spike's film "Where The Wild Things Are", have been spotted together several times near his 1.5million pounds apartment in recent weeks. The beauty was seen kissing the film maker outside his Lower East Side Manhattan apartment on July 2.
An onlooker told the publication, "Michelle kissed Spike with a closed mouth on the corner of his lips. There was definitely a bit of caressing going on. She was clutching his arm. The body language was very romantic." Meanwhile, actress Chloe Sevigny, who also auditioned for Spike's along with Michelle, said last year, "I auditioned for Spike Jonze on Where The Wild Things Are, but Michelle Williams got the part. She's much prettier than me."
Michelle was devastated in January when Heath died following an accidental drug overdose. Since the actor's death, she has been struggling to stay strong for the sake of their two-year-old daughter Matilda.
