Sienna Miller apparently is a woman in actions when it comes to her privacy. Latest reports claim that the actress has launched legal action against two British tabloids for running topless photos of her with new beau Balthazar Getty vacationing in Italy.
According to British's The Guardian, Sienna insisted that photo agency Big Pictures, which snapped the candids of her topless photos with Balthazar, and British tabloids News of the World and The Sun, which published the pics, violated her privacy. Thus, her law firm Carter-Ruck has served breach-of-privacy papers to the agency and tabloids earlier this week. Meanwhile, both publications have since removed the photos and stories from their sites.
It seems Sienna is embarrassed by the pictures published in each newspaper and on their respective websites, and tries to shut down the persisting rumors which branded her as a "home wrecker". Concerning the fresh lawsuit, her attorney, Mark Thomson, told Guardian newspaper, "Neither I nor my client will be commenting further."
This is the second time in seven months for Sienna suing News of the World and The Sun for violating her privacy. In December, she took legal action against the two titles after they published nude photos of her illicitly snapped on the set of her forthcoming movie "Hippie Hippie Shake". The result of the actress' invasion to them was relieving as she was awarded more than $75,000 from both newspapers.
As for Balthazar, he has since admitted that his naked pictures with Sienna kissing and cuddling on a yacht, as well as inside and outside their room, during Italian break have embarrassed him and his family. "In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further," the actor wrote. Further, a friend told People recently, "It's humiliating, Rosetta (Balthazar's wife) left the country to protect the kids, and he continues to see Sienna publicly."
