Amy Winehouse Addicted to Sunbed, Husband Taking Drugs in Cell Threatened with serious illness over drugs addiction apparently couldn't stop Amy Winehouse from putting her health in danger. The troubled singer has developed another worrying addiction, namely to sunbed.

Amy's friends are worried because she spends more than an hour a day inside her sunbed, absorbing its rays in order to get back to brown. She even sleeps under the ultraviolet lamps, which release the same type of dangerous radiation found in sunlight. Actually, each session normally last no more than 15-20 minutes, with 48 hours between sessions to let the skin recover.

"Amy can't do anything by halves. Recently she has been going for it on the sunbed, but she won't be told. She bought it to get rid of scabs that started appearing on her skin," a friend of the singer told The Sun. According to the publication, Amy had the sunbed fitted at her home in Camden, North London, earlier this year. "Over the years Amy has been addicted to alcohol, all sorts of drugs, men and even knitting. This is another addiction that puts her health in danger. Why can't she take up squash or something?" the friend added.

Meanwhile, in other news, Amy's imprisoned husband Blake Fielder-Civil has recently been photographed taking heroin in London's Pentonville Prison, despite claiming that he is completely clean. The Sun published exclusive pictures which show him heating the drug on foil before inhaling fumes through a tube in his cell. The jailbird, who will be sentenced on Thursday, July 10 for perverting justice and GBH, was also seen squatting on his cell toilet while preparing his stash.

"Blake takes heroin whenever he can get hold of it. His claims to be clean are a fallacy and it is obvious he remains dependent," an insider told The Sun. Moreover the source went on adding, "There is nothing to suggest he won't carry on when he's outside and back with Amy. If she takes him back into her life when she is trying to get clean it will be a recipe for disaster."
