Pop singer Lily Allen has sparked rumor she is back with her ex boyfriend, The Chemical Brothers' Ed Simons. She and Ed apparently tried to inform the world that they are an item again, changing their social networking site Facebook status on Monday, July 7.
Lily and Ed changed their profile from single to say that they are "in a relationship" with each other. According to The Sun, Glasto chief Emily Eavis commented on the pair's reunion "We knew it! What a hullabaloo." As for Ed, he told Lily, "Nice to be in a relationship." Additionally, a friend revealed to the publication that Ed "was there for Lily when she really needed him and that has brought them closer together. They have decided to give it another go."
Lily and Ed, who split earlier this year shortly after she suffered the stress of a miscarriage, have recently been spotted together in several occasions. The singer was spotted arm-in-arm with him in London on Thursday afternoon, July 3 while shopping for kitchen utensils for her new house. Ed was seen bringing a hand bag on her right hand as though he made some purchases, while Lily left empty-handed. She wore leopard-print leggings while shopping and kept them on at Glastonbury festival, where the couple were spotted getting cozy at backstage.
In other Lily news, she has gone to her roots and ditched her pink hair. She emerged from a salon on Monday afternoon, July 7 with dark brown locks.
