No Wedding for Johnny Depp and Girlfriend Vanessa Paradis

Actor Johnny Depp previously was rumored to be tying the knot with his longtime girlfriend, French singer Vanessa paradis. However, latest reports claimed that the two were not getting hitched, as the actor's representative, Robin Baum, has come to denial of the rumors.

Robin slammed the story that claimed Johnny and Vanessa were planning to walk down the aisle this summer at Sandra Bullock's house on quiet Tybee Island, near Savannah, Georgia. "There is no truth to these rumors," he told OK! Magazine.

The wedding rumors began to swirl two months ago, after a source revealed that Johnny decided to legalize his romantic relationship with Vanessa, holding a wedding ceremony on June 14. "They're going to send out invitations in a few week," the source said in April. Furthermore the source added, "Vanessa recently told Johnny that she would love to have a wedding. Johnny loves Vanessa very much, and he said if that's what would make her happy, then he'd marry her."

Previously, Johnny has confessed he was afraid to marry Vanessa because he adores her surname. "It would be a shame to ruin her last name! It's so perfect - Vanessa Paradis. So beautiful. It would be such a drag to stick her with Paradis-Depp. It's like a flat note!" the actor claimed.

Johnny and Vanesssa began their relationship in 1998 and have two children, daughter Lily-Rose, 9, and a 6-year-old son, Jack. The actor had previously been married to makeup artist Lori Anne Allison from 1983 to 1986.
