Jennifer Love Hewitt and her fiance, Scottish actor Ross McCall, are said to be bringing forward their nuptials. The news came from a source who told the National Enquirer that the weeding, which was planned for this autumn, will take place sooner.
According to the source, Jennifer and Ross are in a rush to tie the knot immediately in order to save the actor from getting kicked out of U.S. Ross, who comes from U.K., stays in U.S. with only a non-resident work visa. There will be a planned actor's strike over this summer and the couple are afraid it will force Ross out of work and invalidate his visa.
The source explained about the wedding rush to National Enquirer, saying "Jennifer's fiance is in this country on a non-resident work visa, and if there is a strike he might be forced to go back to the U.K." Moreover, the source claimed that Jennifer would prefer to walk down the aisle in a rush than to let that happen. "She's so in love with Ross that she couldn't bear the thought of them being separated," the source added.
