Rumors about adoption which were recently addressed to newlyweds Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have finally been confirmed. A source close to the couple has exclusively confirmed to MediaTakeOut that they are in the process of adopting a new child.
The source revealed the details of the adoption to the news media, saying that Mariah is "close to finalizing the adoption of a Caribbean girl." Moreover, the source added that the girl Mariah's adopting is "3 years old and of bi-racial heritage."
Mariah and Nick have celebrated their wedding at Six Flags Magic Mountain, riding many of the amusement park's major roller coasters. The pop diva reportedly rode Tatsu, Superman: The Escape, Riddler's Revenge, Batman: The Ride and Ninja, among others during the private party with 100 family and friends on Tuesday night, May 13.
Mariah wore Louis Vuitton jeans and peep-toe pumps at that time. Moreover, People magazine reported that she had a hairdresser and make-up artist to help her in keeping her hair looked tidy after every thrill ride.
