Actor Brad Pitt has paid an unusual tribute to New Orleans, Louisiana in form of a new unreadable tattoo on his lower back. He was spotted showing off the black lines and boxes tattoo over the weekend and made those who saw it puzzled about what it represented.
It happened when the actor took sons Maddox and Pax for a boys day out and departed from Monaco Heliport on Sunday, May 11. The wind from the helicopter revealed the tattoo as it blew up his shirts. At that time, Brad was accompanied by an unidentified older gentleman. While Brad and the boys spent their quality time out of Monaco, Angelina Jolie stayed at home with the girls Zahara and Shiloh.
Britain's Daily Mail reported that Brad's strange tattoo appeared to be inspired by a map of the levees in New Orleans, which were damaged by Hurricane Katrina in 2005 when the systems failed. The hurricane, which caused more than 1,800 people died, cost $81billion and became the costliest disaster in U.S. history. Since Hurricane Katrina, Brad and Angelina have bought a home in the Louisiana city and he has since enthusiastically involved in local building projects.
