Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's marriage is not questionable anymore. For the first time they finally spoke about their surprise nuptial and showed off their wedding photos exclusively to People magazine.
Mariah told the publication following their sunset ceremony at her home in the Bahamas, saying "We really do feel we are soulmates." She moreover confessed that her love this time is particular, continued saying, "I never felt a love like this was in the cards for me."
As for Nick, he revealed that Mariah is not only beautiful on the outside, but also on the inside. "She is beautiful on the outside and 10 times as beautiful on the inside," he claimed.
The couple's wedding ceremony was held privately on Wednesday, April 30, thus only a few close friends of the couple, including rapper Da Brat, attended. At the ceremony, Mariah wore a traditional white gown and veil. Mariah's cousin, Shawn McDonald, reportedly walked her down the aisle.
Having been previously rumored to skip a prenuptial agreement, Mariah has recently dismissed the reports. She reportedly told a pal, "Anyone who thinks we didn't have a pre-nup is smoking something!" In addition, Nick and Mariah are said to be planning a big party for all the singer's New York friends when they return from their honeymoon.
