Paris Hilton and Benji Madden's Hit and Run

Thursday night, April 24 was not Paris Hilton and Benji Madden's lucky day. Photographer Glen Gurniak made a report to Los Angeles Sheriff's Department and accused the couple for driving over his foot that night, when they were trying to drive away from the Foxtail club in West Hollywood. Benji drove the car, while Paris was in the passenger seat at that time.

"There were too many people that side of the car so he swung the wheels in my direction on the other side of the car and got my foot trapped under the wheel," Glen revealed to Splash News Online. "I yelled at him, 'Dude, you've pinched my foot under the wheel, don't drive, don't drive'. He turned and looked at me out of the window and then just drove. I fell to the floor as the car stopped and was just laying on the floor as everyone was screaming at him that he'd run me over," he added.

Concerning this, Sheriff spokesman Steve Witmore told Usmagazine, "The incident is currently under investigation." There's no word yet from Paris and Benji though.

It was previously rumored that Paris and Benji planned to have a wedding party this summer together with Benji's twin brother, Joel Madden and Nicole Richie. But Paris has denied it and insisted that she and Benji will not be marrying anytime soon, since they were happy with their relationship just as it is.
