MTV wildman Bam Margera was allegedly caught in sex tape scandal, along with Lindsay Hughes, the fiancee of New York radio host Gregg 'Opie' Hughes. It was reported that the sex tape was set to be released on a pay-for-play website.
Concerning this, Chaunce Hayden of U.S. magazine Steppin' Out told New York Post Page Six, "They're doing the nasty - and I mean nasty." According to the publication, the tape has been obtained by Gregg's former employee. The host is said to be taking legal action in an attempt to stop the film being spread on the Internet. "Hughes is taking legal action to prevent its distribution. Apparently, he's so distraught, he's banned the name 'Bam' from being mentioned on the show," Hayden added.
Moreover, Hayden said that Lindsay was living in Philadelphia, Bam's favorite place, when she met Bam and made the tape in order to "gain some exposure."
Bam got married with Melissa Rothstein July last year, and the sex tape is believed to put their marriage under threat. Bam previously was given ultimatum by Melissa that they would end up divorced unless he quit drugs.
