After she has been put under the scrutiny of divorce judge as well as media for years, Heather Mills has reportedly being offered to be a judge in a beauty pageant. The rumors have been first reported by Extra on March 18, 2008. According to Extra, Mills has been booked as a judge for The Miss U.S.A. Pageant which is scheduled to take place on Friday, April 11, 2008, in Planet Hollywood Las Vegas.
TheHollywoodGossip.com further reported that Mills has been chosen to be the judge at the pageant because she has all qualifications necessary to judge the beauty pageant. In fact, Mills has experiences in modeling. She is also known to be an activist who campaign for amputees and animal rights.
Previously, on March 17, the High Court Justice Hugh Bennett has issued a judgment for her divorce. Finally, Mills was awarded almost $50 million in her divorce from Paul McCartney. The judge awarded the model $33 million in cash, $15.6 million in assets and payments of $70,000 a year in child support.
Last year, the 40-year-old woman became familiar as she took part in reality show "Dancing With The Stars". She joined the fourth season of the show which began on March 19, 2007. However, she was eliminated from the show in the sixth week of competition (24.04.07).
