After becoming a guest star in "How I Met Your Mother", Britney Spears has reportedly landed another role in an upcoming episode of the animated TV series "South Park." The Gimme More" singer will appear on an episode entitled "Britney's New Look". Her cartoon version is going to be premiered on Wednesday, March 19 at 10:00 P.M. on Comedy Central.
The television network described on a news release that the episode shows the South Park's characters Kyle and Stan attempt to get Spears to the North Pole. "Britney Spears is trying to get away from it all in the mountains near South Park when the boys have a run-in with her," said a show spokesman. "Stan and Kyle get caught up in Britney's celebrity and the never-ending feeding frenzy that follows her wherever she goes."
South Park is an animated American television comedy series which tend to use satire on the show. It was created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone for Comedy Central. Since its debut on August 13, 2008, the show has aired over 12 seasons.The show is set in the fictional town of South Park, Colorado, and has four main characters who are known as the third grade students, they are Stanley "Stan" Marsh, Kyle Broflovski, Eric Theodore Cartman, and Kenneth "Kenny" McCormick.
Earlier, it was reported that Spears has landed herself a guest role in "How I Met Your Mother". The pop star plays a secretary named Abby, who works in the doctor's office owned by main character Ted. Spears' character is described as a sweet, friendly and scattered person.
